Jacinta, a fully accredited Clinical Nutritionist, began her health and wellness mission when she was in her early 20’s after suffering herself from digestive, skin and vitality issues. After years of trying ‘fad’ diets and following media driven ‘wellness’  information she wanted to take her health into her own hands and begin on her wellness path. Her passion for food and the positive impact it can have on health drove her to pursue a career as a Nutritionist, to encourage and motivate others to view food for its healing capabilities, nutrients for vitality in life and for enjoyment to encourage a healthy relationship with food.

Jacinta has a keen interest in treating skin health issues, gastrointestinal issues including food allergies, intolerance’s and sensitivities, women’s health, autoimmune diseases, illness prevention, weight management and providing general healthy eating guidance. Jacinta works with a personal and collaborative process with clients utilising evidence based information, support, education and guidance to empower clients to heal with dietary and occasionally supplement usage. Additionally, Jacinta believes in a plant based dietary approach offering dietary plans, recipes and information on food preparation to help clients to access the valuable nutrients needed from foods.

Working on outer health and appearance is vitally as important as working from within. This is where the synergistic relationship between Beauty Collective Co and Plantrition by Jacinta Penn came to light, to provide holistic nutritional support enabling clients to thrive and target every aspect of the body in the one location.

CONSULTATIONS WITH JACINTA

1 hour Clinical nutrition consultation $140

The initial consultation includes detailing the individuals current health, medical history, clinical examinations and a dietary assessment. Here the patient and Jacinta will discuss specific health and lifestyle goals and how together these will be achieved utilising food as medicine and if needed nutritional supplements to achieve optimal wellness. The goal of this appointment is for the individual to feel empowered and motivated as they begin their wellness journey with the support and guidance from Jacinta. The patient will leave with a personalised plan including dietary, lifestyle and supplemental guidance to implement into their daily lives.

45 minute Follow up clinical nutrition consultation $90

45 minute follow up clinical nutrition consultation $90 The follow up consultation is here to add another layer to the personalised plan for the individual to continue to improve the health reaching their initial goal. However, life does change and this appointment will give the patient the opportunity to discuss further health needs. This consultation will delve into how the individual was able to implement the previous plan suggested and how it can be changed and added to to suit the individuals life. The follow up appointments give Jacinta the opportunity to continually support and improve the individuals health and wellness

PERSONALISED DIETARY PLAN (1 MONTH) WITH GROCERY SHOPPING LIST $60

MONTHLY UPDATED PERSONAILSED DIETARY PLAN FROM $40

This personalised dietary plan will include an in-depth food program evaluation to ensure the client is meeting their daily requirements for macronutrients and micronutrients. Additional personalised consideration will include any dietary preferences, limitations, personal schedules and will be specific to conditions or illnesses. An outline of recipes and a grocery list will be added for the client’s ease in the transition into a new eating pattern. 

As the body adapts to new eating patterns and improves its overall function and health, monthly modifications are necessary for the dietary plan which will be a further cost per month depending on the modifications needed.  

PERSONALISED GROCERIES SHOPPING SESSION INCLUDING A PERSONALISED DIETARY PLAN (1 MONTH) WITH A GROCERY SHOPPING LIST $200 

This session includes a 1:1 grocery shopping trip to your local supermarket or market (within 20km of Beauty Collective Co.), where Jacinta will empower the client to select foods on the dietary plan, select healthy options from the array of selection which can be overwhelming, read and understand labels and work within any budget constraints. This will be an enjoyable, educational experience for the client to empower ease of better choices every time they reach for foods or drinks. 

PERSONALISED PANTRY REVAMP – STARTING FROM $300 WITH QUOTE ON ENQUIRY 

This can be added service for the personalised dietary plan and/or personalised groceries shopping session to assist clients on their new health journey

This includes a thorough clean out, sorting of usable food items and reorganisation. The addition of food storage containers can be provided for organisational ease and food longevity (Cost on enquiry).
