Is there parking nearby?

There is plenty of on-street parking out the front and in the surrounding streets. You also have the option of an all-day parking zone at Hampton Station which is less than a 50m walk.

How do I book an appointment?

Do you allow children to attend?

Yes! We welcome everyone to attend, please just be mindful that
there may be others undergoing treatment so we do require any family members
attending to keep noise to a minimum.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours before your appointment will be free of charge. Otherwise you will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

Microblading requires at least 72 hours notice for a cancellation as it is such a long appointment. The cancellation fee for any late cancellations or no shows is $200.

Do you require a deposit for appointments?

A $200 deposit is required for your initial Microblading appointment. This is just because it is such a long appointment and we can't afford to have people pulling out at last minute.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred item or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

FAQs Spray Tanning

What should I wear to a spray tanning appointment?

Wear loose-fitting clothing, darker colours are better as the bronzer in the spray tanning solution will transfer onto your clothing. However this will come out in the wash. Slip on shoes are recommended. It's best to bare it underneath your clothes as well, no undies and bra if you can.

Do I need to do anything before a spray tanning appointment?

Any hair removal should be done 24hrs before your spray tanning appointment. You will get the best results if you exfoliate or dry brush the night before your spray tan.

We prefer if you could come to your appointment freshly out of the shower, however if you can't, we will provide you with babywipes to ensure you have no deodorant, lotions, moisturisers or make-up.

FAQs about Skin Treatments

How do I know which peel is right for me?

We do all the work for you! Book in for a Specialised To You facial and we will assess what you need as well as listen to your concerns. We then customise each facial specifically to each individual

How long should I wait in-between peels?

For the best results and to build your skin strength up to withstand stronger peels, we recommend waiting 2 weeks in between treatments.

How long should I wait in-between Healite sessions?

This depends on what your goals are. If we are treating a skin condition such as Rosesea, Perioral Dermatitis, Acne etc. or using Healite II for wound healing we would want to have you on a stricter schedule of 2-3 treatments per week.

If you are using Healite II for stimulating collagen production, building up your skin strength and elasticity and for it's plumping effects we recommend 1-2 sessions per week.

If this isn't something you have the time or money for, a single stand-alone session will still provide many benefits!

Can I wear make-up to my appointment?

Yes you can! We double cleanse your skin before every facial either way.

Same goes for Healite II sessions, we will cleanse you before your treatment.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
